Carol is a career public safety telecommunicator, working in service to her community for over 25 years. She currently manages a communications center and participates actively in Virginia Chapter activities and on select committees with APCO International including Chair of the Standards Development Committee, Member of PRO CHRT task force, member of Call Center Standards Committee, and has served for 2 years as a Group Leader.
