ANNA is pleased to provide Technician Education Packages. Both packages contain relevant content for the hemodialysis technician, presented at recent ANNA conferences. A very important session on the issues of "Undocumented CKD patients," a helpful session for bedside personnel on stress management, an important look at what it is like to be a dialysis patient in "Living with Dying," a session that reviews the infection risk of bed bug contaminations, and methods to improve physical mobility and exercise in the CKD patient in "Maintaining physical Mobility in Chronic Kidney Disease" are contained in this 7.0 contact hour package.

ANNA is pleased to provide Technician Education Packages. Both packages contain relevant content for the hemodialysis technician, presented at recent ANNA conferences. This package includes a session on the use of social media and the dialysis unit and personnel in "Social Media and Ethics" and relates to "The Ten Percent of Patients that take 90 percent of your Time" - which is a comprehensive review of treating difficult patients. In addition, a review of different cultural influences in care and a session that explores how to know when you care too much - and how to improve your self-awareness in "compassion fatigue" are contained in this 7.0 contact hour package.
