Donna Tanzi has been a registered nurse for over 30 years and is currently the staff development educator for 4 medical surgical units and the psychiatric unit of a 4oo bed twice designated Magnet facility. She is a trained ELNEC (End of Life Nursing Consortium) facilitator. She is also repsonsible for the end of life training that occurs in every nursing orientation. She is an active member of the palliative care committee and also serves as clinical adjunct faculty in both an Associate Degree and Baccalaurete Degree nursing program. She is the immediate past president for AMSN Local Chapter 112 and is also the chairperson for their education committee.
