Jacqueline Vance is a board certified Gerontological Registered Nurse and a certified Director of Nursing in long term care. She is Director of Clinical Affairs and Industry Relations for AMDA. In addition to overseeing, managing and coordinating all projects in the Clinical Affairs Department, she manages the Clinical Practice Guideline Project. Ms. Vance is a national speaker on educational topics focused on improving care for the elderly, and has authored multiple articles and manuals on that theme, including chapters in Nursing Home Litigation and Nursing Malpractice Third Edition. She is on the editorial advisory boards of the "Internet Journal of Geriatrics and Gerontology", Assisted Living Consult and McKnight's Long Term Care Medicine. She is a contributing writer for Caring for the Ages magazine and a legal nurse consultant.
