Scott Bolhack, MD, MBA, CMD, CWS, FAAP, FACP, has served the residents of Tucson in multiple areas of medical practice since 1992. In 2003, as CEO of Tucson Long Term Care Medical Group, he was the winner in the Business Growth Category for 1-19 employees at the 6th Annual Wells Fargo Copper Cactus Awards. Presently, he holds the following positions: president and chief executive officer (CEO) of TLC HealthCare™ Consulting, LLC; president and CEO of TLC HealthCare™ Quality Improvement Organization, Inc.; and CEO of TLC HealthCare™ Wound Specialists. He is a clinical assistant professor with the Department of Medicine at the University of Arizona. Dr. Bolhack speaks nationally on the subject of rehabilitation in nursing homes, palliative care in nursing facilities, and quality improvement processes in skilled care facilities. Dr. Bolhack has additional experience as a medical director for nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospices, and home health agencies. He is a fellow of the American College of Physicians and a member of numerous professional societies, including: the American Medical Directors Association, American College of Physician Executives, Wound Healing Society, American Academy of Home Care Physicians, and American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine.

Dr. Bolhack earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bucknell University, his Doctor of Medicine from the Health Sciences Center of Brooklyn, and his Masters in Business Administration from the Eller College at the University of Arizona. He is board certified in internal medicine, hospice and palliative medicine, and pediatrics. He has additional credentials as a certified wound specialist and a certified medical director.
