Debra Saliba, MD, MPH

Debra Saliba, MD, MPH is Director of the UCLA Borun Center for Gerontological Research, a research physician with the Greater Los Angeles VA GRECC and a natural scientist with RAND. Dr. Saliba is currently principal investigator on a contract from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and a related research grant from VA HSR&D to revise the Minimum Data Set for Nursing Homes (MDS 3.0). Dr. Saliba's research in quality of long-term care has provided insight into the unique ways that nursing homes manage resident care.
