Patricia A. Kappas-Larson, MPH, APRN, BCBSN, RN is Senior Vice President of Public Affairs and Community Relations at Evercare. For more than 14 years, Pat has served in a number of capacities at UnitedHealth Group. Currently, she is developing and implementing an enterprise-wide Partners for Success Program, which will support recruitment and retention of clinical staff through the formation of strategic partnerships with academia and key nursing organizations. Pat has published many articles on self care and alcohol assessment in leading journals in addition to articles on case management.
