Pam Hummel is the Surety Manager and Construction Practice Leader for Morris
& Garritano, the largest privately owned insurance agency in California’s Central
Coast region. She has been a surety broker for more than 25 years, serving
clients throughout California and the Southwest.
Currently CFMA’s Orange County Membership Committee Chair, Pam also serves
on two CFMA National Task Forces, is a former President of the Southern
California Surety Underwriters Association, a member of AGC and NASBP, and is
currently completing the course requirements for her CRIS designation. She is a
frequent panelist and speaker for various trade associations and conferences on
the topic of contract surety bonding.
