Biography Heike Schön Heike Schoen holds the position of Managing Director at CSG mbH, a Germany based Contract Research Organization for the health care, pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device industries. Heike Schoen gained more than 15 years experience in globally operating Contract Research Organisations. She held various management positions in clinical research, medical marketing and business development within Europe. Before joining CSG she worked as Executive Recruiter, Consultant and Trainer for the life science industry. She has a Master of Science in Psychology and the Master of Business Administration. Since joining ACRP in 2001 she is involved in chapter activities throughout Germany, and co –chaired ACRP European Conferences. Since January 2005 Heike Schoen is a member of the global Board of ACRP (ABOT) and was the Chair of the ACRP Board in 2010.
