Dr. Felix Gyi, PharmD, MBA, CIP, RAC

Dr. Felix Khin-Maung-Gyi founded Chesapeake Research Review in 1993 and has managed its growth since the company’s inception. Dr. Gyi is a recognized leader in human subject protection both in the US and abroad. In 2003, Dr. Gyi was appointed to the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services’ Human Research Protections Advisory Committee (SACHRP) and served as a charter member until the end of his term in 2006. He is a past member of a subcommittee of SACHRP designated to review the interpretations and impact of regulations on the burdens and efficiencies of human research protections. Working with various international government agencies, he has advised on and conducted research ethics and GCP education programs in countries including India, Japan, Taiwan, Myanmar (Burma), Egypt, England, and Russia.
