David was born and raised in New Orleans. He has a Masters degree in both Social Work and Business Administration from Louisiana State University. Among other things, David has attained Certified IRB Professional (CIP) and Regulatory Affairs Certification (RAC) status. He was formerly the Chair of the Board of Trustees for ACRP. David is a frequently invited speaker and consultant in the clinical trials industry. He currently is employed as the Responsible Executive of Clinical Research for HCA, the largest private healthcare provider in the United States. He is married with 2 children and has lived in the Nashville area since 1999.
