Ann Dugan, MSN, MBA, BNS, RN-BC, CNS

Ann Dugan has been a nurse for 29 years, working at the Cleveland Clinic her entire professional nursing career. She started her career as a staff nurse and preceptor on an ENT/pulmonary medical surgical unit, expanded her role and duties on the unit to an assistant nurse manager, then manager, and after 13 years, transitioned her role to the ambulatory setting, working as a research nurse coordinator in colorectal surgery. In 2007, she moved into her current role of education nurse specialist/CNS for ambulatory nursing for the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus and Regional Medical Operations/Family Health Centers. 
Ann holds a BSN from Ursuline College, an MSN/CNS from Kent State University, and an MBA from Lake Erie College.  For over 20 years, she has held various adjunct nursing faculty positions at several schools within Ohio and currently is employed as a part-time adjunct faculty member for the nursing program at Cuyahoga Community College. Since 2005 she has worked as a member of the faculty for the University of Phoenix, Cleveland Campus, where she is an advanced facilitator for the College of Nursing and Health Care Administration.     [ Click for More ]
