Kelli Massaro has 16 years experience working in telephone triage at Children's Hospital Colorado. During that time, she has participated for 13 years as an active member of the call center's QI committee and leadership team. She is involved with call review, QI data analysis, policy and procedure and protocol revisions, as well as unit education. She was instrumental in developing and co-creating the call center's automated QI call audit survey in 2008. She has spoken nationally on the topic of telephone triage as well as co-authored articles on the subject of telephone triage.
