Economic demands have forced ambulatory facilities to hire increased numbers of non-licensed staff to help provide quality patient and family care. Many institutions find there is a disparity of knowledge or skill base between new grads and experienced employees. Learn about proven strategies and programs to validate the continued competence of staff in this session.
