The Leadership SIG focuses on important nursing leadership issues and skills related to policy, clinical structures and processes, and practice metrics. Among topics of interest are staffing and the RN role, quality issues, management skills, and best practices. 

Learning Objectives:

  • Verbalize at least three best practices related to topics discussed during the SIG speed best practice sharing session.
  • Analyze and plan how to implement learned best practices in practice setting.
  • Summarize anticipated positive outcomes of learned best practices in  practice settings.
